DESCRIPTION
Under the direction of the Assistant Portfolio Manager, this position is accountable for the groundskeeping of our multifamily portfolio.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Completes assigned tasks and projects as directed by the Assistant Portfolio Manager.
-Maintain cleanliness of the grounds and surrounding areas of the community with quality and attention to detail. Areas include but are not limited to garbage enclosures, parking lots, green spaces/flower beds, and pet areas.
-Daily walks around assigned properties to identify any items that need attention.
-Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including prospects, residents and vendors.
-Communicates progress on assigned tasks and other work to Assistant Portfolio Manager daily.
-Adheres to the letter and spirit of Fair Housing laws.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Sufficient verbal and written communication skills.
-Detail oriented.
-Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
-Ability to work well independently and in teams.
EDUCATION/TRAINING or EXPERIENCE:
-High School Diploma or GED.
-Entry-level. No prior maintenance knowledge required.
License/Certification:
-Driver's License (Required)

-Bellingham, WA (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
-Bellingham, WA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
-Work Location: In person
COMPENSATION:
$18-20/hour depending on experience
