Position Overview:
We are looking for a Warehouse Picker to join our team. This role involves accurately picking and packing orders, maintaining organized inventory, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare shipments for carriers (labeling, staging, palletizing)
Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory
Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate records
Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe
Operate warehouse equipment (training provided, if needed)
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is an asset but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Comfortable using warehouse management software (training provided)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Dependable, punctual, and a team player
