Job Summary
Plays an active role in developing company fundraising promotions, donor retention strategies, and volunteer coordination. Works closely with the Creative Director and the Communications and Marketing Specialist to support donor retention and fundraising initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum 2-year degree in English, communications, journalism, marketing, business or related field, or;
Minimum 2-year experience with fundraising and donor retention
Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
Experience developing and implementing capital campaign
Experience with project and/or program management
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Strong analytical and networking skills
Confident communication and decision-making skills
Detailed organizational skills
Exceptional awareness of privacy policies

Responsibilities
Fundraising - Including supporting the planning and execution of Cascade Connections' own fundraising events and activities
Donor Retention - Including researching and identifying prospective donors and tracking existing donor/donation information.
Volunteer Coordination - Collaborate with the Creative Director and Executive Director to develop a volunteer program
