Join a small real estate team with a sense of humor and a fast-paced work style. You'll focus on everything design and marketing: social posts, email campaigns, print materials, and brand consistency. This is NOT a Remote Position.
Core responsibilities - Design & Content Creation
Design print and digital marketing materials (flyers, postcards, business cards, etc.)
Create social media graphics using Canva and Photoshop
Draft and schedule content in Loomly
Write copy for social media, ads, and email campaigns
Create logos in Illustrator (from scratch or references)
Develop custom maps and property outlines in Photoshop
Format and send email campaigns via Mailerlite
Marketing & Brand Management - Maintain RE/MAX and BuyerMax branding across all materials
Coordinate with freelancers (via Fiverr) for select design projects
Communicate with vendors for print/signage/custom materials
Prepare direct mail campaigns (labels, stamps, etc.)
Maintain asset libraries in Dropbox and Canva
Monitor/respond to YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram engagement
Track and report basic social media analytics
Project & Workflow Support:
Troubleshoot design file exports for print/web
Upload and organize media into structured folders
Maintain consistent naming conventions and tidy file systems
Make light updates to the company website (basic HTML helpful)
Check and respond to work emails daily
Admin & Support: Communicate regularly with the team for alignment on projects
Hours per Week: 25-40; Mon - Fri
Part Time or Full Time - We can work together to make and manage a set schedule.
