We're growing and are adding a second interior designer to our already established design team of one architect, one architectural designer, and one interior designer.
This is for you if:
- You have 2+ years of experience in the residential interior design industry, cabinet design a plus
- You have experience in 20/20, Revit, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite (preferred, not required)
- You enjoy the process of creating and adhering to standardized processes
- You take initiative to help yourself and others around you thrive
- You are capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- You are self-motivated and can follow basic checklists and standardized processes with minimal direction
- You are detail-oriented
- You love to solve problems and achieve goals
- You have strong personal communication skills
- You consider yourself to be tech savvy and forward thinking
In this role, you will:
- Meet with clients and manage interior design process from proposal to completion
- Create a unique and personalized design for each and every project. No two of our projects are the same
- Work with client and project designer to select all interior finishes and produce accurate renderings and details for production staff
- Coordinate with design and planning team during planning phase
- Coordinate details with relevant subs as it relates to items such as fireplaces, handrails, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, shower doors, tile niches, window selections, door selections, trim style, etc.
- Acquire pricing during the estimating process for interior finishes
- Order, track, and receive product inventory for each project
- Take part in a bi-weekly meeting to ensure you are reaching established goals
- Help establish operating procedures that make your job and everyone else’s simpler and more fun
