Job Summary: Express Employment in Bellingham is recruiting production operators for a well-established manufacturing company in Bellingham. Shift: 8:30 pm to 5:00 am, must be available seven days a week, with rotating days off!
Pay: Earn $18.72/hr with increases to $19.09/hr. - $22.51/hr. after the probationary period

Job Duties & Responsibilities include:
-Change and maintain tooling
-Adjust post settings
-Remove and put together transfer belts. Repair defective belting
-Navigate the Operator menu screen
-Understand belt speeds and product reserve lines
-Understand proper product flow
-Understand the proper way to add on product
-Able to keep weights within the limits
-Able to troubleshoot Carruthers
-Disassemble, clean, and assemble all parts
-Adjust and set up the bagging machine
-Replace various parts as needed
-Set up and operate a check weigher
-Monitor zones for product giveaway
-Monitors rejects and adjusts accordingly
-Other jobs and duties may be assigned
