Job Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Support Specialist to join our supply chain team. In this role, you'll play a key role in maintaining inventory, ensuring our materials flow efficiently from order to delivery. Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counting to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.

Manage inventory levels, including tracking stock, forecasting needs, and updating records in our ERP system.

Follow up on purchase orders with vendors to monitor delivery timelines, resolve issues, and ensure timely receipt of goods.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, production, and finance) to support purchasing processes and resolve supply chain challenges.

Assist in data entry, reporting, and analysis to optimize inventory turnover and reduce costs.

Maintain organized documentation for audits and compliance.

Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, purchasing, or warehouse operations (entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills encouraged to apply).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)

- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or as part of a team.

- Physical ability to perform light lifting and occasional warehouse tasks.
