Position Overview:
This entry-level position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands and being part of a fast-paced, dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain shop cleanliness, including sweeping, organizing tools, and waste disposal.
- Assist fabricators and welders with general tasks such as material handling and preparation.
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment and tools.
- Keep inventory of shop supplies and report restocking needs.
- Ensure workspaces are clean, organized, and safe.
- Support the team with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Dependability and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Experience in a shop environment is a bonus but not required.
What We Offer:
- Compensation: $16.30 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience.
- A full-time position with a 4-day workweek (Monday - Thursday), 10-hour shifts. 7am start
- Health insurance after the probationary period.
- $1,000 quarterly bonus after the waiting period.
