Executive Director Wanted:
Whatcom Skagit Housing (WSH) is a Federally funded non-profit agency that assists low Income families and individuals in the rewarding process of building their own home. Participants work in groups of 7-10 and everyone works on all houses until all are complete.
Applications for the position of Executive Director are being accepted from August 1st through August 15th. Applicants must have extensive experience in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
Experience in buying, selling and financing real estate is a must. Applicants must also have experience in grant writing, financial reporting and problem solving and be able to work with USDA and other community organizations to promote the agency. The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors.
Pay is DOE. The position includes a generous benefit package including retirement, medical, dental and vision insurance coverage. Job starts 12/1/2020.
