PART-TIME Admin. Position for manufacturing office. General office duties include phones, filing, customer service, daily Quick Book entry of invoices, light accounting, assist with preparing quarterly reports and other office functions. In addition, the position will perform mailing and shipping functions such as prepare UPS labels / shipping, USPS, Fed Ex as well as schedule pick-ups for these services. Scheduling and shipping with trucking / freight. Match invoices with packing slips and prepare bills for payment. Other general office and related duties will be assigned as required.

Position requires attention to detail and accuracy which should include accurate typing / keyboarding skills. Communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service in person, via telephone and in electronic formats. They should be a self-starter and able to learn quickly working without supervision. Employer desires someone who has a general accounting background and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- High school diploma, GED or equivalent

- 2 years or more of general office, accounting, bookkeeping or related work

- Computer literacy to include MS Word, MS Excel

- Ability to use Quick Books

- Speak, read, write and understand English (Business necessity)

- Able to pass criminal background check

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Quick Books proficiency

- General accounting background

$20.00 per hour/depending on experience. Includes benefits of vacation, paid holiday and Simple IRA.

This is a PART-TIME position working days, Monday through Thursday 8:00am – 2:30pm for 24 hours total per week. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DESIRE FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT.
