Busy accounting office needs experienced receptionist with strong organizational skills. Must have the ability to take concise telephone messages and be able to coordinate multiple Outlook calendars. Requires good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe products and the ability to learn and use other software products (training provided). Requires processing a large volume of incoming and outgoing e-mails. Responsibilities include processing mail, monthly client invoicing, posting client payments, and file maintenance of AR, AP and Payroll documents. Extreme attention to detail for all tasks including frequent uploading and downloading of confidential documents, scanning documents to client files and preparing client tax returns for review and signature.
