PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Completes assigned tasks and projects as directed by supervisors
-Performs move-in and move-out inspections as assigned by supervisors
-Assist in communication with residents to schedule, coordinate, or follow-up on work orders
-Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers through the facilitation and implementation of company-wide customer centric programs and initiatives
-Actively involved in ensuring first-class property curb appeal for all properties
-Adheres to the letter and spirit of Fair Housing laws
