Primary Job Responsibilities:
Manage process from bid request to job completion.
Assist customer with questions regarding roofing selections and options.
Assist estimators with processing proposals and applying for permits.
Answering multi line telephone and managing emails.
Accuracy & detail oriented very important.
Must communicate clearly and concisely in person, via email and over the phone.
Must be able to multi-task.
Work well independently and as a team.
Handle stressful situations well.
Required experience with Excel, Word and Outlook. (QuickBooks would be a plus).
This is a full-time position with Mt Baker Roofing Inc. Benefits includes holiday, vacation, sick & health insurance. Hours of Operation are Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4 pm (1/2 hour for lunch).
We are looking for the right personality with a least five years office experience.
