We are a busy property management company looking to hire a Customer Support Specialist with a focus on maintenance dispatch. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, and be able to multitask effectively. This position is extremely customer service oriented, so interpersonal communication skills are key to being successful in this position.
Responsibilities Include:
Processing incoming maintenance requests
Troubleshoot with tenants on various maintenance requests
Take tenant calls pertaining to maintenance
Prepare pre-scheduled work orders for the following day
Maintaining inventory of all property and unit keys
Additional responsibilities may be added based on the applicants prior experience
Desired Qualifications:
Prior experience working in an office environment
Advanced computer skills (Outlook, Entrata, Microsoft Word/Excel)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to pass a background and drug test
High school diploma or equivalent
College experience preferred, but not required
Wage:
$19-22/hour depending on experience

Occasionally working overtime on high volume days
Rotating weekly "On Call" schedule split between all employees. (est. 3-4x/year)
Expected hours: Full-time - 40 per week
