Job Overview:
The Corporate Pricing Manager will lead the pricing and data integrity department, ensuring
accurate execution of item pricing strategies across all locations. This role involves spearheading
new pricing initiatives, supporting and mentoring store-level pricing personnel, and ensuring
operational excellence in pricing execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the pricing and data integrity department in the execution of all item pricing through
all phases of the item lifecycle.
Develop and implement corporate pricing strategies and tactics.
Provide support, direction, and coaching to store-level pricing personnel.
Work closely with Marketing and Advertising team in executing promotional pricing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance pricing systems and processes.
Assist in the implementation and management of shelf labels, tags, and sign printing
systems.
Assist the computer aided ordering system management team
Required Qualifications/Skills:
2-4 years of experience in retail grocery.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong general computer skills.
Experience with grocery POS systems and retail store back-office systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records.
Ability to work quickly, independently, and efficiently.
Flexibility to work varied schedules, including mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and
holidays.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server databases.
Proficiency in Microsoft Access databases.
Familiarity with BRData host or store pricing systems.
Experience with shelf label, tag, and sign printing systems.
Experience Level:
Mid-level or higher experience level.
