We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are looking for a self-starter who works well with others, has the ability to take charge, and possesses a willingness to learn. You must have excellent skills selling and managing clients over the phone and through email. You are friendly, well-spoken and ready to close the deal. You are organized, possess a strong attention to detail, and have strong interpersonal skills.
This position requires a high degree of communication and organization, along with strong customer service skills. Our Inside Sales Representative develops new leads and follows up on existing clients/leads. To be successful, you can comfortably communicate with customers, understand their needs, and ensure a smooth sales process.
Job Duties:
-Respond to all incoming sales phone calls and emails. -Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. -Prepare quotations, invoices, using MS Office software, and Salesforce (CRM). -Maintains a clean and organized office environment. -Communicate with Purchasing to procure materials and manage delivery. -Active sales, active lead follow-up, and past customer follow up. -Data entry and market research.
Job Skills:
-Proven experience with inside sales and customer service -Detail-orientated and works with a high degree of accuracy, analysis skills -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written -Exceptional customer service skills -Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism -Proficiency in technology, Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce -Creative and solutions minded -Strong listening skills and ability to understand client needs -Ability to achieve goals -Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively
