As a Lead Generator, you'll play a crucial role in our sales process, engaging with residential homeowners and introducing them to the exceptional painting solutions we offer. Your main responsibilities will include initiating conversations, building rapport, and scheduling estimates with potential customers.
This is a contract position, where you'll earn a competitive compensation package, with 3% of sales directly contributing to your earnings. The potential is immense, with top performers capable of earning upwards of $100 per hour by effectively pre-qualifying leads and efficiently managing appointment schedules.
While prior experience in sales is advantageous, we provide comprehensive training to all team members. However, candidates with a proven background in sales will be given priority consideration.
