Position Title: Operations Manager

Employment Type: Full-time (March–mid-December), Part-time (late December–February)

Salary: $75,000/yr + Year-End Bonus (based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

Oversee our team of technicians, ensuring top-tier performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Conduct regular employee reviews, provide feedback, and set clear goals for success.

Lead daily team meetings to align goals, address issues, and drive motivation.

Step in to assist technicians when needed to ensure operational excellence.

Sales & Client Relations:

Take a hands-on approach to in-person sales, building strong relationships with customers and upselling services.

Collaborate with the leadership team to develop sales strategies and increase revenue.

Ensure exceptional customer experiences that lead to repeat business and referrals.

Operational Oversight:

Manage daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and troubleshooting issues.

Work closely with the office manager to optimize schedules and maximize efficiency.

Financial Oversight:

Assist with payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timely payments.

Track performance metrics and report on revenue, labor, and other key data.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Leadership: Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.

Sales Expertise: Experience in direct sales, customer relations, and revenue growth strategies.

Operational Excellence: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage day-to-day operations efficiently.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively.

Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly and resolve challenges as they arise.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Pay: $6,000/month (March-December), paid on the 1st of each operational month.

Performance Bonus: Earn a year-end bonus to align total pay with 8% of company revenue. Based on 2024 revenue of $1,080,000, total compensation could equate to $86,400.

Paid Time Off: 1 week of paid vacation (August 15th–September 15th).

Work Schedule:

Full-Time: March through mid-December.

Part-Time: Late December through February (hours based on workload).

Vacation: 1 week of paid leave during the off-season.
