Little Oasis Wellness Spa is seeking a part- time esthetician to add to our quality wellness team! Our wellness spa providers are highly passionate in their crafts, each carrying a diverse skillset to deliver exceptional service to our clientele. Our menu has an emphasis on holistic and therapeutic services - lymphatic drainage, massage-forward facials, aromatherapy + breathwork, facial cupping and gua sha are some of our specialized offerings. Additionally, a lot of our clientele enjoys advanced exfoliation and lash + brow services. We put an emphasis on home care and client education at the spa and would love to have an esthetician who is comfortable with this!
The ideal Little Oasis employee is professional, kind and communicative. They are passionate about helping people and hold a growth-mindset, excited to learn new modalities and grow their clientele.
They MUST have at least 2 years of experience in the field, and confidence to deliver esthetic services that can cater to relaxation or results.
For transparency- we are still a newer business and experience slower periods on the esthetics side of the spa, especially starting out as a new employee. We are looking for someone who has the flexibility to be on call and have slower days as they build a clientele. The days that we would need someone in would be 10-6:30 on Sundays, with the option to add more days as your schedule becomes consistent.
