Job Summary
Plays an active role in assisting employees with resolving a variety of technical issues and requests across all departments and locations. This position also plays an active role in creating digital instructional materials and maintaining the training library.
Requirements
At least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Willing to submit to for-cause drug testing
Either an associate’s degree or above in computer science, data science, information systems, or related field, OR prior experience working on a helpdesk, IT, or similar technical function
Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
Ability to drive from site to site and providing technical support onsite
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities
Replies to technical requests or issues submitted by employees and resolves/troubleshoots issues to maintain company productivity
Schedules and visits different departments and sites for troubleshooting
Trains staff on new software in-person or through a variety of tutorial channels, including self-guided training videos and user manuals.
Create digital instructional materials and maintain the training library, often in collaboration with the Creative Director and the Communications and Marketing Specialist.
