Construction Foreman
We are looking for a full-time experienced construction foreman to add to our team. We are a General Contractor, and our range of work includes commercial, residential, remodels, and restoration projects. We are a long-standing company with 40 years in business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan, organize and coordinate building projects from start to finish
Oversee project(s) and see that everything runs smoothly accordingly to plans
Check with supervisor for weekly schedules
Must be able to track and document all work and hours on Project(s)
Ensure jobs are completed on schedule and within budget
Skills & Experience:
Great communication & people skills
Great time management skills and habits
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Proficient in framing interior & exterior walls
Ability to work solo and/or part of a team
Able to organize and prioritize tasks alone or with help for completion
Self-motivated, professional & friendly attitude
Minimum 2 -5 years of experience as construction foreman
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
Must pass a background check
Must provide your own tools
Education:
High school diploma required
