Rubicon IDC is seeking an experienced operator to join our team.
Someone who is a self-starter, motivated, adaptable and flexible to changes, willing to learn, with a strong work ethic, works well with others, a team player, as well as productive and efficient
Position: Equipment Operator/minimum one year of experience
Types of equipment: Equipment includes but not limited to excavator, dozer, skid steers, etc.
Type of employment: Regular/year-round, Hourly
Wages: $28-38+ hr DOE
Compensation: Medical, Dental, PTO, Performance Bonus
Job Duties:
Grading, trenching, house digouts, pipework, and more
Skills and Requirements:
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely at all times
Basic operating and maintenance knowledge of equipment desired. Mechanical knowledge of equipment desired.
Strong Communication and teamwork with other team members
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Reliable attendance
Attention to details and safety
Have a good attitude
Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk and climb around job sites where elevations and ground conditions are variable
Able to lift 60 pounds
