MUST HAVE ROOFING EXPERIENCE. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ROOFING EXPERIENCE, YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE POSITION.
Jobsite Roofing Foreman Duties:
Introduce yourself to customers and manage the jobsite; customers, materials, and employees.
Perform work on project detailed in scope of work:
Replace damaged or rotting joists or plywood
Install vapor barriers or layers of insulation
Install ventilation systems
Install shingles, asphalt, metal, or other materials to make the roof weatherproof
Inspect problems that arise in a project to determine the best way to repair them
Measure roofs to calculate the quantities of materials if needed and ensure all materials are there to complete job.
Perform walk through with customer upon completion to insure customer and job satisfaction.

Bilinqual a plus
Required Qualifications:
Must pass background check if needed
18 years of age or older
Able to lift 70 lbs and climb up and down ladders to minimum height of 40 ft
Authorized to work in the United States
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 7 AM TO 5 PM.
