Performance Fiberglass is an industry leader in quality fiberglass repairs, and is the manufacturer for Sterling Kayaks and NW Kayaks. Performance Fiberglass is currently hiring experienced, detail oriented fiberglass repair and/or manufacturing technicians.
The ideal applicant would have experience in -
- Hand lamination and/or infusion using polyester, VE or epoxy resin systems.
- Gelcoat application and finishing.
- Spray paint experience is a plus.
- Mold or tooling building and/or repair.
- Bodywork or fairing.
- Safely using hand tools and power tools, including grinders and saws.
- Barrier coat and bottom paint application.
Candidates should be motivated, and have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. This is a full time position, M-F, 8:00 - 4:30. Hourly compensation depends on experience. We offer Holiday and Sick paid time off, as well as Vacation pay and medical insurance after 90 days.
