We are looking for roofers with experience installing metal roofing, asphalt composition shingles and TPO.
ALL LEVELS OF ROOFERS NEEDED
Skills and assets that we are looking for in an ideal applicant:
-2 years experience installing metal roofing
-2 years installing asphalt composition roofing or TPO
-Ability to travel for a days at a time out of town
-Trustworthy, dependable and punctual
-Able to work well individually, or with a team
-Ambitious and self-motivated
-Excited to learn new skills
-Detail oriented and take pride in your craft
-Able to carry 75 lbs
-Able to use hand and power tools while on ladder/scaffolding
-Able to work in all weather conditions
-Pay attention to, and have knowledge of safety and preparedness procedures
-Maintain a professional appearance
-Have a valid driver's license and a reliable work vehicle
Lead Roof Foreman should have these following skills:
-Excellent communication and organization skills
-Experience managing a crew of 2-5 roofers
-5 or more years of experience as a roofer
-In depth knowledge and experience with local building codes and practices
-Capable of scheduling workflow and materials ordering for several projects at the same time
