I have a medical grow that needs an extra set of hands, it's a bit too much for one person lately. I use salts and crop steer, so hoping to find someone familiar with Aroya EC/Moisture meters, crop steering, etc. We use mostly LED lights and have a great facility and equipment. While I'm hoping to find an expert grower, I'm open to training a smart / motivated helper as well. Work expected will encompass every area of growing from taking cuts to preparing material to be sent to trimmers and everything in between. While this is a part time job for now, I'm open to this being a full time position, salary or hourly. This can be pretty creative in terms of hours as the current grower has a unique schedule that needs gaps filled here and there as well.
