Job Summary:
As the Lead Fabricator, you will manage a team and oversee the construction of complex parts and projects, ensuring efficiency and quality from material takeoff and procurement to final fit and weld out.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team to build complex parts and projects.
Process materials and fabrications according to schedule and efficiency goals.
Utilize a broad range of assembly techniques, including both common and uncommon methods for forming, shaping, welding, and mechanical fastening.
Maintain a fast-paced work environment while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
Proficient in reading and writing in English.
AWS/WABO Certifications required.
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong safety mindset.
Flexibility to work overtime and adjust hours as needed.

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours minimum.
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
