Key tasks:
- Swap out and install new light fixtures
- Set up thermostats and smart home gadgets
- Mount blinds, curtain rods, mirrors, and shelves
- Handle minor trim, patching, and touch-ups
- Other general repairs and clean-ups as needed
This is varied hands-on work to get the place fully functional and polished. No monotony here!
