Maintenance Technician / Millwright with excellent benefits and direct hire opportunity!
Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a local manufacturing company in Sumas! Pay: $31.81-$40.15 per hour
Position Type: Direct Hire
Location: Sumas, WA
Shift: 12-hour shifts, must be able to work Monday through Sunday with rotating days off.
Shift Time: Rotating days and nights
Job Duties & Responsibilities include:
Maintain smooth operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.
Troubleshooting specific industrial equipment by using precise measuring and testing instruments.
Dismantling and reassembling of equipment using hand and power tools.
Inspecting and assessing wear and remaining useful life of various power transmission components.
Utilizing Maximo, a computerized maintenance management system.
Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with the companys procedures, rules, and regulations.
Education and/or Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Millwright.
3 years of Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Excellent working knowledge of appropriate use of hand tools and maintenance equipment
Ability to read and understand detailed repair & instruction manuals
Must be able to work with computer-based maintenance software
Must supply own hand tools appropriate to the equipment and environment
