We build new homes and fix/flip houses in Whatcom, Skagit, and Clark Counties.
Seeking an experienced, honest local expert who understands these areas and can help manage inspections, permits, and contractors.
Responsibilities:
Conduct full house inspections
Manage county permits and approvals
Coordinate with contractors and builders
Pay & Schedule:
$70 per hour — paid right away
Part-time, as-needed basis
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in Whatcom, Skagit, or Clark Counties
Knowledge of county regulations
Active inspection license
Clean background (we verify)
3 local references
