Description:
Frame to Finish is a growing, local general contractor, working primarily in Whatcom and Skagit counties. Our company specializes in residential remodel work, ranging from bathrooms and kitchens, to full additions. As our company grows, we are looking to add a qualified site lead who can handle all aspects of the remodel process on various jobsites. The ideal candidate will have a strong belief in integrity, an uncompromising drive for quality, and the ability to solve problems independently. Duties:
-Supervise employees on site, ensuring efficiency and quality
-Perform all aspects of construction which Frame to Finish performs in house
-Coordinate with subcontractors, when necessary, based on provided layouts, parameters
-Track supplies and materials, ordering when necessary, potentially transporting to site if necessary
-Complete daily logs, noting general overview of daily activities and progress
-Coordinate with project manager about schedule, construction, etc
-Communicate with homeowners about the status of their project
Qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years carpentry/remodeling experience, with at least 2 years managing workers
-Familiarity with all aspects and tools involved in remodeling, with a strong background in at least one aspect of carpentry
-Familiarity with Microsoft products and general proficiency with technology
-Valid driver’s license, ability to be approved for company insurance
-Own hand and basic battery tools. Company provides larger/specialty tools
-Punctual, organized, able to see the big picture
-Own clothes and gear for all weather conditions
-Capable of creating, adjusting, following schedules
-Familiar with local codes and sophomore aspects of engineering
Compensation:
-This position pays $30-45/hr DOE
-The right candidate may receive use of a company vehicle, with gas card
-One week paid vacation, annually
