POSITION OVERVIEW
As Ryzer’s new Service Tech, you’ll troubleshoot, perform maintenance visits, and ensure our clients’ window and door systems are operating properly. During these visits, you’ll respond to client requests for repairs, make hardware adjustments, clean, lubricate, and paint; and at times assist our installation crews with installing new window and door systems.
You like variety and enjoy traveling, which you’ll get by working on mostly residential and some commercial projects across Washington State — typically 85% of work is in Seattle and 15% in other WA counties, but at times in other PNW states.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
High school or equivalent
Driver's License
US work authorization
Construction Experience (3 years minimum)
Understanding of window/door construction & maintenance.
Multi point locking systems
Casement adjustments
Glazing
Willingness to work out-of-town per needs of business.
Ability to pass a drug test.
Detail Oriented
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
