Technical Consultant, Digital PathologyThe Technical Consultant (TC) is responsible for following defined procedures and methodologies to install, configure, test, maintain and support hardware and software solutions, including problem identification, system architecture definition / specification, implementation, basic integration, validation and verification testing, customer education, solution activation, and system restoration.Your role:

The Technical Consultant works with a variety of customers across the globe to conceptualize, design and optimize Philips solutions with the aiming for customer success. Designing for these unique environments requires strong, proven design talent and a deep knowledge of technical and customer best practices in a variety of environments.

Use skills as a seasoned and experienced professional with full understanding of domain-specific practices, company policies, processes, and procedures.

A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. Has a complete knowledge of company products and services.

Frequently interacts with customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company.

Lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team.

Is a key member of the implementation project and/or service team, fosters collaboration through sharing experiences, information, perspectives, skills, and expertise.

Drive continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on customer feedback.

Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Network with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.

Solves a wide range of problems in creative ways. Demonstrate good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for solving problems.

Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.

Order value typically> € 100,000 .

Typically works on solutions of medium complexity and impact to the customer

You're the right fit if:

Bachelor’s degree in a position relevant program (information technology, computer sciences or engineering).

Five years of related experience in domain or specialty, or a Master’s degree with <3 years of related experience.

Experience with Microsoft Server, VMware and HP hardware are highly desirable.

Demonstrated leadership, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

Self-disciplined, ability to work independently.

Ability to travel 80%. This position will require you to meet all customer specific mandates such as vaccinations and or screening tests.
