As the Highway Maintenance Supervisor, you will work independently to plan, budget, schedule, and supervise highway maintenance crews engaged in specialized maintenance, repair, and reconstruction of highway features. An effective Maintenance Supervisor must have good communication skills, exhibit leadership qualities, facilitate and provide training in support of workforce development, support management, extend trust, be accountable, provide recognition, and demonstrate inclusion with all employees and customers.
