For Victorian based employees, the compliance date is 26 November 2021.All other global Boeing locations do not have a vaccination requirement at this time.Boeing Commercial Airplane (BCA) is seeking an Experienced Tool Coordinator (level 3) to support Everett Tool Services in Everett, WA .The successful candidate will act as a liaison for the Everett airplane programs to support all hand tool requirements.Position Responsibilities:Assess manufacturing requirements and verify customer requests.

Coordinate with support organizations to resolve manufacturing issues.

Work with contract administrators to develop and maintain procurement specifications and standards.

Provide guidance and improvement suggestions to outside suppliers and other analysts.

Participate in the analysis and research of new technology to provide state of the art cost-effective products.

Gather manufacturing and product information to develop and recommend solutions to manufacturing requirements.

Investigate changes in manufacturing requirements and support emergent requests.

Analyze, procure and oversee procurement processes for manufacturing tool services products and services.

Explore all possible options to resolve potential impacts to budget and manufacturing schedules.

Support the evaluation of outside supplier performance and verification of compliance with procedures and contract specifications.

Participate in the development and management of overhead and capital budgets for the acquisition and inventory of tool services products.

Review on-hand inventory and coordinate re-distribution.

Participate in the plans for the removal of obsolete inventory.

Work under limited supervision.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):1+ years of experience working with powered hand tools.

2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

2+ years of experience with Material Management and Inventory Control.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):1+ years of experience in CRIBMASTER and/or processes related to managing Tool Cribs and systems analysis.

Typical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.)Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
