Facilities Maintenance TechnicianOverview :· Pay: $28 to $34 an hour· Location: Everett, WA· Shift: 8am – 5pm (Monday-Friday)Job Description:Everett-based property development and management company looking to hire a Facilities Maintenance Technician. They have a diverse portfolio that includes office, retail, industrial, residential, and mixed-use properties. Job duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:· Assists with routine maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure the smooth operation of the building.· Performs various routine maintenance and repair tasks, including changing light fixtures and minor plumbing repairs.· Responds to work order requests using electronic equipment and software to log and close the requests.· Responds to after-hours emergencies (weekly on-call rotating schedule).· Performs frequent inspections to monitor quality, efficiency, and safety compliance.· Operates a variety of construction and maintenance equipment; load trucks, move materials, help maintain grounds and other areas.· Coordinates parts, supplies, and equipment from local vendors and inventory.· Maintains general cleanliness of all shops, storage, and mechanical areas.Qualifications:· Minimum 1 year of experience performing maintenance on commercial real estate· Physically able to perform maintenance work in most weather conditions· Must have a valid driver licenseBenefits and Other Information:We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
