Ensuring the sustainable safety, quality, reliability, and performance of Safran Cabin products and service to enhance customer confidence, and making Safran Cabin their primary supplier and partner.The main objectives of the Senior Manager, Quality are to: Ensure the conformity of products and/or services delivered from the site with technical specifications and customer requirements Guarantee that products are safe and in airworthiness conditions Ensure that only qualified products are permitted to ship to customers Ensure that there are no open non-conformances when delivering products from the site Manage and improve quality performances of products and services delivered to customers in all phases of product life cycle, in accordance with Safran Group and Safran Cabin operational excellence standards Monitor compliance and improvement of site QMS(s) processes and organization, in accordance with the Safran Group (One Safran) and Safran Cabin referential, and in accordance with international aerospace regulations and standards Record and address the causes of Customer returnsComplementary DescriptionSummary of Duties: Monitor the deployment of One Safran and Safran Cabin processes into site QMS(s), ensuring compliance with aerospace regulations and standards, as well as Safran standards Measure quality performance all along the manufacturing flow, defines and monitors improvement actions plan (Bridge Plan) according to Safran and Safran Cabin requirements Define and implement Improvement Plans (Bridge Plan), and communicate these plans to the site team and customers Implement efficient processes to ensure compliance and safety of products delivered with customer specifications Support sites' processes BPOs and BPMs into the operational deployment of One Safran and Safran Cabin management system across their processes and organization Build and maintain good customer relationships through Quality achievements delivered throughout the life of the program Defines efficient processes to guarantee the conformity and safety of the products delivered Participate in external and internal audits within the site and assisting in on-time closure of actions plans following external and internal audits Performs analysis of the maturity of the QMS(s), identifies potential risk and way of improvement, and monitor action plan in the relevant processes Implements Safran Cabin standard KPIs to achieve operational excellence Supports site RCCA activities and actively participates in issuance and closure of corrective action plansJob RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree or higherExperience: 10 years' minimum experience in Quality or similar positions, with at least 5 years' experience in a leadership role. Minimum 5 years' experience in aerospace environment.Computer Skills: Proficient knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Other Skills: Knowledge of Aerospace and Defense industry and its regulations Expertise in QMS and process management Leadership capability especially in embarking in a share vision and empowering people Knowledge of Quality tools (measures in production, nonconformance, tracking, calibration, ) Receptiveness and ability and to foster teamwork Practical oral and writing communication skills Organization and management skills Integrity and exemplarity in all circumstances Ability to develop and maintain trusted relations with upper and lower management, and be able to explain issues in readily-understandable terms Proven interpersonal skills Ability to negotiate, to explain and to persuade Working knowledge of 14 CFR Part 21 subparts E, G, H, and K requirements Working knowledge of 14 CFR Part 145 requirements Working knowledge of EASA Part 21 subpart G requirements Understands the elements of Safety Management Systems and how to implement them in accordance with EASA requirementsWorking Conditions:
