Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Work Movement Manager (Level K) to join our Work Movement Structures team in Everett , Washington !The Procurement Manager will lead all procurement activities and keep the business operations running efficiently by supporting both Enterprise level initiatives and implementing high visibility supply chain focused projects, developing, and executing integrated organizational plans and solutions to enable business objectives. The ideal candidate will ensure all items and services are accurately acquired, so that projects and processes can proceed efficiently and optimally to drive the overall success of the company. They will simultaneously lead multiple contracting activities while partnering with customers to ensure a One Boeing approach!This role requires partnership with leaders across the enterprise and an active member of the BCA Supply Chain team. Manages Supply Base Management Specialist employees performing activities related to supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations.
Monitors supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance.
Provides oversight, guidance, and approval of supply base plans to ensure integration with customer, program, and commodity strategies.
Manages, develops, and motivates employees.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
5+ years of experience in a leadership role leading diverse teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change
5+ years of experience in a role which required strong interpersonal and communication skills
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
5+ years of experience in solving problems and generating alternatives
Willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed (15-25%)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience working in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles
3+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
3+ years of experience in project leadership/management, supporting, leading, and delegation the project team's responsibilities and tasks through all stages of the project life cycle
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or military experience
Project Management Certification
