Together we are empowered to make an even greater impact on the health and well-being of our communities.ResponsibilitiesJob Summary:Performs a wide range of preventive /repair/facilities maintenance tasks on the building, equipment and grounds to retain assigned facility in an acceptable state. Skilled trade work includes: 1) carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and heating and air conditioning, as well as lock-smith duties. Additional duties include: 1) maintaining/repairing kitchen equipment, 2) assembling items such as furniture, etc., 3) assisting with quarterly technical testing of equipment and inspection of facilities, identifying the need for submission of work order requests, 4) follow-up on completion of work that is beyond individual capacity, and 5) assuring that the grounds and outside areas surrounding the buildings are maintained in excellent condition.Incumbents are also accountable for performing work assignments in a safe manner and assisting co-workers in the execution of tasks as necessary or required.Essential Duties:

Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on all mechanical/electrical equipment to include but not limited to boilers, emergency generators, HVAC and related equipment in a quality and timely manner.

Performs a variety of building maintenance tasks to include the skilled trades as required. (e.g. carpentry, painting, plumbing).

Completes and maintains accurate records and logs.

Tests and evaluates equipment prior to putting into service.

Orders and receives parts and materials to make necessary repairs on related equipment.

QualificationsEducation/Work Experience:Requires three years of recent, progressively responsible maintenance-related work experience that demonstrates attainment of the requisite job knowledge skills/abilities.Licensure/Certification:Current electrical, plumbing, or boiler licensure is preferred.Pay Range$26.51 - $38.44 /hourWe are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.

Support with construction administration including reviewing contractor\'s submittals, RFIs and change orders. Assist with system start-ups as needed. What you will need: Minimum five years of related design experience. BS in Mechanical Engineering required. Professional Engineer (PE) license required in either Oregon or Washington state with ability to obtain licensure in other states as needed. Prior design experience with HVAC and plumbing commercial and industrial buildings. Prior experience with condition assessment of HVAC systems highly desired. Additional prior design experience with facilities infrastructure projects (potable water, stormwater, wastewater), standby generators and power generation (biogas, diesel, LPG, natural gas), boilers, compressed air systems, and fire protection systems is preferred.
