This role is a helper position within our home delivery department which will be primarily responsible for repairing, refurbishing, and cleaning our porch boxes as well as other auxiliary tasks related to helping the home delivery team. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Compensation: $22 -$24 an hour Benefits: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) with competitive match Company-provided life insurance Additional voluntary life insurance Discounts on products Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Clean porch boxes inside and out Repair bent lids of metal porch boxes Remove and replace Styrofoam insulation of porch boxes when needed Palletize and wrap cleaned boxes to be sent to other locations Other duties as assigned Requirements: Previous delivery and customer service experience is preferred Insurable driving record Ability to lift or move 50 lbs Work cooperatively with management, colleagues, partners, and most importantly customers Ability to problem solve with speed, to completion and responsible follow up
