Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Facilities Integration Project Manager based in Issaquah, Washington, 98027, United States. This role involves leading complex Facilities initiatives, utilizing your strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking to overcome business, process, and construction challenges. You will be interacting with stakeholders at all levels and leading diverse cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex facilities initiatives, applying your problem-solving skills to overcome challenges. Utilize your strategic and analytical thinking to navigate business and process challenges. Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from front-line staff to executive leadership, to ensure alignment of projects with institutional goals. Manage diverse cross-functional teams, possibly overseeing other project managers leading associated work streams. Drive the process of developing plans, executing work, resolving issues, communicating, and achieving the final results of each project. Utilize your competency with small-to-medium group facilitation and education to drive planning efforts and decision making. Ensure project goals and objectives are met within the agreed upon time, scope. Contribute to implementing a culture of improvement across the institution. Act as a liaison to ensure proper alignment of projects to institutional goals. Utilize your skills in Smartsheet, SharePoint, WebEx, Jira, Tableau, and other project management softwares Requirements 10+ years of experience in Project Management Experience with hospitals is highly preferred Familiarity with CRM systems is necessary. Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is crucial. Knowledge in project management software and systems is expected. Familiarity with Budget Processes is required. Strong Communication skills are a must.
