POSITION SUMMARYAs an Assistant Manager for Team Seattle you will be responsible forthe overall operation of the store.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.Assistant Manger Responsibilities Assist in managing all cost controls, inventory control, cash controland Customer relations Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the samefrom your crew Work to ensure staffing is at optimal levels at all times Assist in preparing all paperwork and ensure all required paperworkis completed and submitted in a timely fashion Provide the best customer service possible at all times Assist with performance review Maintain a team spirited environment Service Responsibilities Operate all equipment Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, andwalk-in cooler Prepare product following established standards Receive and process telephone and computer orders Take inventory and complete associated paperwork Clean equipment and facility daily You should possess navigational skills to read a map, locateaddresses within designated delivery area and must be able to navigateadverse terrain including multi-story buildings Comply with all safety requirementsPosition Requires Maintaining a high level of professionalism; represent Team Seattlein a professional manner at all times Work with all other company departments Be ready and accept other assignments as time and need requireJob Qualifications / Required Skills / Key Competencies You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with asafe driving record meeting company standards as well as access to aninsured vehicle which can be used for delivery Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly(may use calculator) Must be able to make correct monetary change Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly andaccurately make precise movements with speed Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Self-starter and manage time wisely Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)Work Environment Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trashand performing other outside tasks. In-store temperatures range from 36degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside Fumesfrom food odors Exposure to cornmeal dust Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts Regularly exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes and noise Exposed to a combination of office and store environments Required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift objects of up to 50 lbs May be required to climb flights of stairs during delivery
