This role will be on Day shift, from 6AM to 2PM. The hourly rate for this position is $21.21-$26.87 / hour.Join our team as a Machine Operator! In this role, you will own machine setup, operation, and daily production, ensuring finished products meet customer quality standards in a safe, collaborative environment.What You’ll Do:Setup & Operation: Perform routine machine setups, changeovers, and run production orders according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).Quality & Inspection: Verify raw materials, inspect finished goods for appearance/specifications, and package orders securely for shipment.Data & Equipment Management: Capture operating data, track downtime, and utilize computer software (MFG Pro) to maintain accurate production records.Safety & Compliance: Safely manage, label, and handle materials (including hazardous waste) according to site Environmental Control Instructions.Continuous Improvement: Partner with cross-functional teams on problem-solving initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
