We are looking for a Senior Front Desk Receptionist to provide exceptional customer experience to our customers. A successful candidate will interact with our customers via email, phone, chat or social media. Qualified candidates will have excellent problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented and self-motivated. We are looking for professionals who are enthusiastic about providing excellent customer satisfaction. Position: M-F 9:30 am - 6:00 pm and every 3rd Saturday 9am - 4:30pm Responsibilities: Answer calls and emails from customers. Intake new customer information. Schedule Designer and Installation appointments. Open and review e-mail; solve problems; update databases; and verify and process orders and payments. Follow directions and adhere to guidelines and policies. Engage in problem solving. Help customers make decisions. Help customers with billing and payments issues. Other administrative duties as needed.
