Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Space & Launch Rapid Space Capability (RSC) Build Integration Senior Manager (Level L) to join our Rapid Space Capability team in Kent, WA.Position Responsibilities:Support & Enable S&L Rapid Space Capability as operations leader focused but not limited to the following:Leading design/plan/readiness/execution of efficient development build and drive development build readiness

Partnering with Production Engineering, Quality, BR&T, and more on build readiness and execution activities

Meeting project capital funding targets and support execution of capital projects

Ensuring integrated requirements and demand/LRBP forecast

Supporting Proprietary Space gate reviews, proposal bids and execute build readiness reviews to enable successful build start

Leading Readiness efforts to ensure successful execution on all ongoing and future programs

Support all Operations functional initiatives for RSC programs including but not limited to:Go4Zero and other critical safety activities

One BPS rollout, Lean initiatives

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.Security Clearance & Export Control Requirements:This position requires an active Secret U.S. Top Secret/SCI Clearance. (A U.S. Top Secret/SCI Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor’s degree required.

3+ years Project Leadership experience leading cross-functional teams.

3+ years of leadership experience in production / manufacturing environment.

1+ year experience do you have with Earned Value Management (EVM)

1+ year experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM)

1+ year working in classified environments

Active Top Secret / SCI clearance

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience working in Space domain.

1+ years of experience deploying functional, business, or enterprise initiatives across multiple teams

Active Rapid Space Capability program clearances.
