Job DescriptionKelly Services has teamed up with a Real Estate Company in Kirkland and seeking a Sales Assistant / Administrative Assistant.Sales Assistant / Administrative AssistantEntry level admin or someone with experience in supporting sales teamFree parking, nice area in Kirkland near Lake WADress code: Business professional (Think banking)Length of assignment: 2 months, could extend into 3 (For the right person, they would bring them on and train them as a sales/account executive)Small office space. Will be helping answering inbound and outbound calls, supporting sales teamThe Sales Administrator is an individual who is uplifting, draws energy from working with people, is driven by and motivated by their results.They excel and thrive in a fast-paced leadership role, is an expert in creating and launching new sales campaigns, tracking and owning their teams quantifiable metrics.He/she is an excellent role model within the organization, able to help build a cohesive sales team of Buyer/Seller Specialists who are united in their commitment to the team-s standards and to achieving the team-s measured goals.They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality.They train the emerging inside/outside real estate sales agents to drive their own sales goals.Responsibilities:Help grow your sales team by hiring, training, providing leadership, measuring results and accountability.Driving & own results of Inside/Outside real estate sales teamCoach to achieve sales goals and job performance.Conduct performance reviews based on metrics of staff and associatesCreate & support sales pipelines and ensure healthy deal flow. Document, revise ongoing work instructions for each roleHelp recruit out of office Sales Agents, Inside Sales Agents for the company as neededHelp build, implement, and systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, marketing as needed and back-office supportConduct market research, competitor and customer analysis to improve customer experienceBe the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints as neededMeasure marketing budget, strategies to positively increase lead generation and sales. Report all metrics for each campaign, creating action steps to adjust accordingly in order to meet sales goals and revenuesSupport building new sales revenue streams. Report, Track all commissions and salesEnsure WA & GA Inside Sales Agents, Leasing Agents team have the necessary resources to perform properly. The Sales Admin also demonstrates a commitment to learning and growth by regularly attending ongoing educational courses, teaching courses when appropriate, be able to effectively lead open house standards, and regularly practice scripts and dialogues. He/she is committed to investing in the people on the team and regularly provides them with learning training and growth opportunitiesReport & support metrics in sales meetings, conference calls, video sessionsBuild and strengthen company brandsApply today chad233@kellyservices.comRequirementsQualifications and competencies:Self motivated, able to balance urgency and several tasks at hand, naturally a high-achiever and high performer who values the team over the individual and is energized by helping others succeed.Learns and deeply understands how we measure client success and works to consistently meet, exceed and report on goals by providing updates to the team. Able to use goal setting, planning, and accountability skills.Knowledge in real estate and finance. Be advanced at building sales campaigns, leading with spreadsheets to create use sales metrics - Is a -people person- who loves talking to people, working with people all day.Assistant Team Leader or recruiting experience preferredTwo years or more of experience as a supporting sales administrator/account executive role is preferred Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy and campaigns.
