Duties
-Answer and direct phone calls, taking and passing on messages to accountants and other staff members
-Greet clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
-Taking Payments
-Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
-Provide support to accountants and other staff members as needed
-Maintain a clean and organized reception area and office space
Registering clients and etc.,
Requirements are the following:
-Bilingual Eng/Spanish is a MUST
-Responsible
-Able to work well in a fast pace office environment
-Microsoft Office Experience
-Knowledgeable with computers
-Great Customer Service is a MUST
-Work flexible hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
