Job Summary: Ensure operational efficiencies throughout Oxarc. Apply operational best practices and track results. Assign work schedules and production daily to meet internal and external customer’s needs.
Duties Include:
Review and sign all production logs.
Maintain production/flash loss report monthly.
Maintain cylinder label inventory for our branch.
Hold monthly safety meetings for plant personnel.
Schedule plant maintenance issues with Cryogenic services or vendors as needed.
Work closely with safety and compliance to identify areas for improvement in work related injuries and accidents.
Maintain plant buildings and grounds. Discuss with and respond to building and/or equipment needs.
Annual inspection requirements that include building fire system and storage tanks.
Accept vacation and time off requests from production employees to schedule accordingly. Approve and set up for coverage during said times.
Ensure timecards are complete and accurate. Approve all vacation, sick time and other related time off requests.
Commit to high performance through outstanding attendance and overall dependable work habits.
Requirements include:
5 years management experience.
3-5 years Compressed Gas Industry experience required.
Ability to communicate well with customers, employees, and management. Must possess excellent written and verbal skills.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet use.
Must have valid Driver’s License with good driving record.
Drug screen and background check required.
Salary Range: The salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary for this position which is $100,000/ann-120,000/annDOE (Depending on experience).
