West Richland Auto Repair has built a solid reputation in auto repair, consistently keeping pace with an ever changing industry. Although our family owned company has grown in size, it still maintains a family atmosphere.

Overview:

Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the auto repair industry is responsible for providing superior customer service to customers throughout the repair process. Support of Service Advisors communication processes and help to manage customer payments. Also provide general administrative support to general manager. Provide transportation (shuttle service), when necessary.

Requirements:

-Must have EXCELLENT overall communication skills. Ability to relate well to a diverse customer base.

-Demonstrate organization, time management, detail orientation, and self motivation.

-Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and independently including a multi-line phone system and in store customer greeting/ follow through.

-Predictable and reliable attendance required.

-Good driving record.

-Must be at least 21 years old

Benefits:

-Full Time, Monday through Friday, no weekends.

-Medical, after probationary period.

-Paid Personal Leave

-Retirement with company match after one year of continuous employment

Hourly pay negotiable starting at $18 hour (Experience, Work History, etc.)
