Job Description
We are looking for a laundry attendant who is an extrovert by nature and has a passion for customer service. You will be responsible for:
Greeting Customers: Welcome everyone with a friendly attitude and assist with questions.
Machine Cleaning & Maintenance: Keep our washers, dryers, and facility spotless and in working order.
Wash-Dry-Fold Service: Wash, dry, and fold clothes and towels with care.
Pick-Up & Delivery Assistance: Prepare orders for pick-up or delivery, ensuring everything is perfect for our customers.
Using Our POS System: Ring up sales and transactions efficiently and accurately.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working with people and building community with regulars.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with:
Strong communication skills
Full time availability
Past customer service experience is a plus
Punctuality
Extroverted
Preferred bilingual (English/Spanish)
